- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Pantry
- 2 cans tuna fish, preferably packed in oil
- 1 lb. angel hair
- capers
- pickled jalapenos
- ¼ cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
Dairy
- 2 eggs
- 3 oz. block cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups grated Swiss cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, plus more for sprinkling
- ¼ cup heavy cream or half and half
- ½ cup butter
Bakery
- 1 loaf multi-grain bread
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 loaf sourdough bread, preferably unsliced
On-hand Items
As always, there are several items that you will need and are not on this week’s grocery list because there should be enough remaining from when they were on the grocery list in previous weeks.
Be sure to have the following on hand:
- 1 tbs. mayonnaise
- ½ tbs. Dijon mustard
- tabasco
- ¼ tsp. smoked paprika
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Fresh or dried thyme
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
