Produce
- Small piece of ginger
- 1 head garlic
- 1 large bunch green onions
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch carrots
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 red onion
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- ½ lb. white mushrooms
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 avocado
- 4 red potatoes
Meat
- ½ lb. pork chops or tenderloin
- 1 lb. raw shrimp
- 1 lb. ground beef (or buffalo or turkey)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Pantry
- water chestnuts
- 1 lb. soba noodles (or buckwheat noodles, found in the Asian aisle)
- ½ pint Kalamata olives
- ½ cup chunky salsa
- Creole mustard
- Prepared horseradish sauce
- Reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 lb. whole wheat penne, or other short pasta
- 1 jar pepperoncinis
- Worstechire sauce
- Emeril’s seasoning, or other Cajun seasoning
- Sesame seeds (buy these from the bulk spice section)
Dairy
- 3 oz. block feta cheese
- 3 oz. sharp cheddar
- 2 eggs
- 2 ½ cups heavy cream
Bakery
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 loaf French bread
On-hand Items
As always, there are several items that you will need and are not on this week’s grocery list because you should have enough remaining from when they were on the grocery list in previous weeks.
Be sure you have the following on hand:

- reduced-sodium soy sauce
