Produce
- 2 lbs. white mushrooms
- 2 heads garlic
- 3 yellow onions
- 2 heads lettuce
- 4 tomatoes
- green onions
Meat
- 1 ¼ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- ¾ lb. ground chicken
- 8 slices bacon
Pantry
- 1 carton reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 4 cups whole-grain corn cereal, such as corn flakes or corn chex
- Honey
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 tbs. tomato paste
- tortilla chips
- optional: pickled jalapeno (for nachos)
- Ingredients for pizza dough or pizza dough mix
- 1 can pinto beans, no salt added
- 1 can black beans, no salt added
Dairy
- optional: sour cream (for nachos)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 6 tbs. butter
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
Bakery
- 4 Kaiser rolls or onion rolls (we used onion rolls)
Pantry Items
As always, there are several pantry items that you will need and are not on this week’s grocery list. Be sure you have the following on hand: salt, pepper, dried thyme, basalmic vinegar, cooking spray, ⅓ cup Dijon mustard, 2 tsp. mayonnaise, grapeseed oil, cayenne pepper, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, olive oil, all-purpose flour.
