A recent article in Real Simple listed the 30 healthiest foods. A few of my favorites on the list? Walnuts, whole-wheat pasta, peanut butter, blueberries, spinach, extra virgin olive oil, boneless skinless chicken breasts, avocados, and broccoli.
There's lots of other good stuff on there too, but the above ingredients are a few of my faves.
