Snack #3: Ranch-style Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Greek style yogurt
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tbs. seasoning (use a garlic/herb seasoning; I found mine in the bulk spice section at Sunflower Market)
- Washed and sliced veggies: celery, carrots, red bell pepper, zucchini, cucumber, etc.
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt and the rest of the ingredients. Use a fork to mix well.
- Serve with sliced vegetables for dipping.
