Hungry for a birthday dinner.

Make that two birthday dinners.

Birthday Dinner #1:Celebrating this guy.

He’s a speedy drinker. Too fast for the camera, apparently.

Zucchini, parmesan, and candied walnut salad with butter lettuce and creamy mint dressing.Tempura asparagus and tempura halibut.

5-spice chicken with spinach salad and spicy corn cake.

Blurry beef tenders with arugula salad and potato and onion hash.Birthday Dinner #2:Arugula salad with prosciutto, radishes, heirloom baby tomatoes, pistachios, and dates.Roasted beet salad with arugula, toasted hazlenuts, sheep’s milk cheese, basalmic reduction, and vinaigrette.
Duck confit sliders with arugula salad with sweet potato curls.

Lamb sliders with sweet potato fries.

The end.

We didn’t like either dinner. At all.

But we’ll probably have to go back, just to make sure.
