Snack #3: Ranch-style Greek Yogurt

Yields 1 cup dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Greek style yogurt
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tbs. seasoning (use a garlic/herb seasoning; I found mine in the bulk spice section at Sunflower Market)
  • Washed and sliced veggies: celery, carrots, red bell pepper, zucchini, cucumber, etc.

 Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt and the rest of the ingredients. Use a fork to mix well.
  2. Serve with sliced vegetables for dipping.
