A City of Vegetables

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

This is a Wednesday afternoon in Boulder, circa 3:45 pm.

It’s piles of vegetables.

Spring onions and radishes.

Bundles of carrots.

Stacks of beets.

Baskets of peas and barrels of lettuce.

Bags of strawberries.

Bunches of flowers.

Baskets of radishes.

Curls of garlic scapes.

Cartons of eggs.

And a best friend.

And beer.

I love Wednesday afternoons.

They don’t get much better than this.
