Grocery List

Estimated Cost:  $60



  • 1 head garlic
  • 3 red potatoes
  • 6 beets
  • 1 large package romaine hearts (you’ll use these for two different salads this week)
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 3 russet potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 yellow onions
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • ½ cup fresh kalamata olives (not really produce, but on the olive bar)


  • 1 lb. turkey tenderloins (you could also use chicken tenderloins if you have them on hand)
  • 3 links chicken apple sausage


  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds (buy these in the bulk section!)
  • 4 whole wheat English muffins
  • ½ cup fig jam (if you made the prosciutto, machengo and arugula sandwiches, then you should have enough leftover from those)
  • 1 pkg. gnocchi (find it on the pasta aisle)
  • ingredients for pizza dough, or pizza dough mix


  • ½ cup bleu cheese crumbles
  • 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mixed shredded provolone and swiss cheese
  • 4 tbs. butter
  • 2 cups milk

On-hand Items

As always, there are several items that you will need and are not on this week’s grocery list because you should have enough remaining from when they were on the grocery list in previous weeks.

Be sure you have the following on hand:

  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • dried basil
  • dried thyme
  • grapeseed oil
  • basalmic vinegar
