Menu notes
This week’s menu might look slightly familiar to you, and I hope that the familiarity is a good thing! Nothing ended up going quite the way I had it planned it this week…it was one of those crazy busy weeks with unexpected things popping up. Because of this, we did not end up making anything that I can really share with you. Monday night was my sister’s birthday, so we went out; Tuesday we made a disastrous meal that I would be foolish to share with you; Wednesday night I took butternut squash to my friends; and Thursday night Jason was out of town, so I picked up Pad Thai. There won’t be any cooking this weekend, either (boo), so we are having a recap week of what we’ll call “Fan Favorites”. Hope you enjoy the menu, whether you’ve made the meal before or if it is a new recipe for you!
